Given the importance of preventing and avoiding the spread of the coronavirus caused by the COVID-19 disease that has been declared an international pandemic. The Government of the Republic has ordered that only Costa Ricans and residents may enter the country from March 18, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. through April 12 at 11:59 p.m.
International tourists currently in national territory will be able to leave the country in an orderly manner and must coordinate with the respective airlines or travel agencies.
This is a health decision to safeguard the right to life and health of individuals, a fundamental right that the State must protect.
Based on the information previously issued by the Costa Rican Tourism Institute, we have made the decision to keep the operation of our tours suspended from March 19 to April 13 of this year to ensure safeguarding, prevention and above all to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 in our family, collaborators and visitors.
We have taken into consideration the government decree on the closure of our country’s borders as well as the early evolution and spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
We thank you in advance for your understanding of the decision we have made.
At same time, we would like to remind you that our administration will continue to operate normally, and we will be happy; attending to queries and doubts, as well as future reservations.
Our customers with reservations previously confirmed, the we’ll be contacting and thus coordinate whether to continue or not with the tour (we will be doing only confirmed earlier tours).
